Trust the Process....

Greetings,
How did you wake up this morning? Did you wake up grateful and thankful to see another day, or did you wake up complaining about where you are in life and how much you hate your present situation? If you attitude is that of the later please know that you need to adjust your attitude so that you can learn the lessons and enjoy the journey and process.
As you know life is a test and until we pass the test we will continue to take that test repeatedly until we get it right. Do you ever wonder why you find yourself dealing with the same situations over and over again? This happens when we fail to realize that there is a lesson to be learned, and until we learn that lesson and adjust our attitude that very situation will continue to present itself. When this continually happens it's not that God is trying to punish us or keep anything from us. God is trying to get something to us, but we must trust the process and learn the lesson.
In life many of us want that quick fix so that we can be satisfied, but what did we learn from that instant gratification? When we work hard, make sacrifices, do what’s necessary and stay teachable then we are trusting the process. God needs us to stay open to change because change is necessary if we are going to grow in preparation for our next level. God must work in and through us and he does this through the different challenges we face every day. We must be prepared for the blessing and to receive God's best we must allow God to build our character. God has to know that he can trust us with the blessing.
God has to work that junk out of us and those bad attitudes that get us in trouble at times. God has to take us through the process to prepare us for his very best. When things happen in life such as loss of a job, your health begins to fail or maybe someone walks out on you, know that it's part of the process. Seasons change and we all know that each season ends at some point. Change can be very hard, but we must allow things to happen so that we can go through life trusting that our present journey is being orchestrated by God. Our health fails at times because we are neglecting something that our body needs, and this is a signal that requires our attention. The loss of a job could be very scary, but we must be open to the next journey. What is your heart telling you? Have you desired to own your own business? Maybe this is the time to start. Have you desired to go back to school? Maybe this gives you the opportunity to do just that.
I encourage you today to be still and ask God what lessons do I need to learn and what areas of my life need to change? Be open to hearing from God in different ways and be willing to trust the process so that you can grow into your next level and be a blessing to someone else. Always remember the lessons that we learn in life can always be shared with someone else to help them with their journey in life.
In closing, I wanted to share this poem that has been around forever and has always been a blessing to me. Thank you so much for the visit and keep looking up!!!
ATTITUDE
by
Charles Swindoll
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so, it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes”
